Senior Product Marketing Manager


It is exciting times at Practice Ignition with continued growth and expansion of new product developments. Our purpose is to redefine how people interact with their professional service providers.

To support this, we are looking for a driven Product Marketing specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the value of our product (and the problems it solves) is communicated to our future and existing customers.This is achieved through driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our products.


This role will be based in our Sydney office in Chippendale, NSW.


The role

  • Define and manage go-to-market strategy and materials for new product and feature launches; work cross functionally from concept through to launch and lifecycle utilisation

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects for products including pricing changes

  • Develop clearly differentiated value and unique selling propositions for net new and current product audiences across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions

  • Influence and help develop the product roadmap by representing the voice of the customer

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies and support growth plans through analysis of market data, competitive intelligence and desk research

  • Empower and support GTM and Sales to deliver growth campaigns and improve client communications

  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement programs and materials

What you will bring

  • Ability to navigate input from a complex contributor group

  • Experience within B2B SaaS industry

  • Experience identifying and bringing new concepts, products and services to market

  • Experience Marketing in an agile software environment. 

  • Excellent writing skills across dynamic mediums

  • Experience independently running multiple concurrent projects to successful conclusions

  • Experience working with data, visualisation, team collaboration and customer engagement software and technology
